The Challenge: Jason was always athletic, but with two kids his workouts fell to the wayside. After a year long layoff from his workout routine Jason found himself weighing an astounding 202 pounds. He could not believe that he had become 50 pounds overweight.

He was taking in way too many calories for his body type. Our goal was not to eliminate the foods that Jason loves, it was to fine tune his nutrition so that he could eat the foods that he loves and still achieve his goals.
Once we established Jason’s BMR and his daily calorie burn we were able to make minor adjustments to maximize the amount of fat the he burned throughout the day, even at total rest. “The workouts are awesome! I love pushing myself and Brian is great at creating challenging and interesting workouts. But the best part was that it only took a few changes to my diet to start seeing results. I was gaining muscle and losing body fat at the same time. That’s hard to do.”

The Challenge: Chasing after two little kids can be a full time job and finding a little time for yourself can seem impossible. “That’s exactly what happened. The fitness routine was the first thing to go. I couldn’t find the time to workout” The second challenge was the diet.

Celia lost 18 lbs of body fat & gained 6 lbs of lean toned muscle

The Challenge: Celia decided to hire a personal trainer after she graduated from college. “I had gained the freshman 15 and then some and I couldn’t seem to get rid of the weight.” A busy schedule left Celia with very little time to workout or to plan her meals.
The Solution: Celia’s was new to weight training, so we decided to start her program with Foundation Training. Foundation training helps clients that are new to a training program or have experienced a significant layoff to ease back into a workout program. Once we completed the Foundation phase of her training Celia was well on her way to her goal. We tried a variety of different training styles to keep things interesting and to ensure that we never hit a plateau. Some of the training styles that we used for Celia included circuit training, super sets and destabilized training.
The Results: Her results were remarkable. Within 4 weeks Celia had lost nearly 10 pounds of body fat and had toned every area of her body. “It was incredible. I didn’t feel like I was killing myself in the gym, I loved every workout. The weight just flew off and I didn’t have to give up eating the foods that I love” In less then 2 months Celia exceeded her fitness goals and lost a total of 18 pounds of fat. “I love my new body. Buying clothes is actually enjoyable for the first time in years. There is nothing that I can’t wear.”
